摘 要:通过对冷胶法、热成型手动镶嵌法、热成型自动镶嵌机法3种成型方法在实验室制作的焦炭光片进行比较,探讨了焦炭光片制作过程中遇到的问题。实验表明,采用冷胶法制片的试样表面平整、无擦痕、无麻点、颗粒分布均匀且整体强度高;在显微镜下组织清晰、分界清楚,所得数据能真实反映焦炭结构状况,为生产焦炭用煤提供可靠的实验数据和分析依据。Coke samples with polished section prepared by the three different methods of cold bonding, automatic inlaying and manual inlaying with thermal forming were compared. And the related issues during the preparation were discussed. The results showed that the sample prepared by cold bonding is characterized with flatness,scratch-free,pitting-free on surface,uniformly distributed particles and high monolithic strength;the structures are clear with distinct boundaries under microscope. The results could reflect the real structures of coke sample. It provides reliable experimental data and analyzed basis,according to which suitable coal can be selected for cokemaking.
