摘  要:对洗油再生单元的排渣系统进行了改造,将排干渣改为排湿渣。湿渣排放至残渣槽后用泵送至焦油储槽,与成品焦油混合后对外出售。改造后提高了焦油产量,改善了现场环境,降低了劳动强度,取得了良好的经济效益和环保效益。According to actual situation of plant,the way of residue discharge system in wash oil regeneration unit has been modified,through which dry residue is replaced with wet. The wet residue is discharged to residue tank and then pumped to tar tank,which will be sold out after mixed with finished tar product. After the modification,the plant will have an increased tar output,better operating environment,alleviated labor intensity of operators so that a good economic and environmental benefits can be obtained.
