摘  要:化产焦炉煤气脱硫系统原有PDS脱硫液副盐总含量在500 g/L以上,采用GLT络合铁脱硫技术进行设备改造,将GLT络合铁催化剂加入原有脱硫液体系中。工业运行效果表明,脱硫系统的脱硫效率得到显著改善,净化气中硫化氢不高于1 mg/m^(3),脱硫液副盐含量得到有效抑制,且在不外排脱硫液的情况下副盐含量总体呈下降趋势。在高副盐含量状况下,容易产生喷射器和冷却器堵塞问题,需要及时清洗疏通,加入结晶抑制剂也可有效缓解该问题的发生。The total secondary salt content of original PDS desulfurization liquid is higher than500 g/L in desulfurization system.The system is therefore upgraded by adopting GLT chelated iron desulfurization technology,i.e.the GLT chelated iron catalyst is added to the original desulfurization liquid system.The operation performance shows that the desulfurization efficiency has been significantly improved,with HS in purified gas less than 1 mg/m^(3);and the secondary salt in the desulfurization liquid has been effectively restrained,with the secondary salt on an overall declining trend in the non-discharged desulfurization liquid.In the desulfurization system with high content of secondary salt,it is prone to cause crystallization blockage in the regenerative ejector and cooler,which needs to be cleaned in time,and crystallization inhibitor can also be added to this end.
