摘 要:湿法熄焦存在粉尘排放量大、耗水量大以及存在“白色污染”的问题。针对湿法熄焦水汽的特点,开发了适合湿法熄焦的水汽除尘净化脱白工艺。该工艺可实现粉尘的超低排放;节水效果明显,每吨焦耗水量由原来的0.6 t下降到0.3 t以下;可实现水汽的脱白,消除视觉污染;运行安全可靠、一次性投资低。Coke Wet Quenching(CWQ) still plays a role in coking plant nowadays,which inevitably causes a series of drawbacks,like high dust discharge,large water consumption and “white pluming”. In view of the characteristics of water vapor from the CWQ,a technology of Quenching Emission Cleaning(QEC) has been developed to this end. The technology can meet the requirements for ultra low dust emission and a remarkable effect in water-saving,i.e. water consumption reduced from 0.6 t/ton of coke to below 0.3 t/ton of coke. It can also achieve the water vapor de-pluming to eliminate visual pollution. In a word it has advantages of safe and reliable operation and low lump-sum investment.
