摘 要:为研究增设肋板加固钢筋混凝土箱梁桥的应用价值,给同类桥梁加固提供借鉴,以某五跨钢筋混凝土连续箱梁桥为研究对象。该桥采用箱梁内部增设钢筋混凝土纵横向肋板加固,从肋板布置、主要材料和人孔设计3个方面介绍加固方案设计要点,并对加固效果进行有限元计算分析和荷载试验,验算结果表明,加固后箱梁的抗弯、抗剪承载能力和抗裂能力均满足正常使用要求。加固前后的计算结果说明,加固后箱梁的整体刚度、抗裂性能和抗剪性能均可得到一定提升,抗挠曲变形能力可得到小幅增强。荷载试验结果表明,在正常使用状态下,加固后箱梁的承载能力满足设计荷载使用要求,动力工作性能满足正常使用要求。Based on the engineering practice of a five-span reinforced concrete continuous box girder bridge,the ap⁃plication value of adding ribbed plates to strengthen reinforced concrete box girder bridge was studied,and the re⁃sults can provide reference for similar bridge reinforcement.The bridge was reinforced by adding reinforced concrete longitudinal and transverse ribs inside the box girder.The design points of the reinforcement plan were introduced from the three aspects of rib layout,main materials,and manhole design,in which the reinforcement effect was veri⁃fied by finite element calculation and load test.The results show that the bending,shear bearing capacity,and crack resistance of the strengthened box girder meet the requirements of normal use.The comparison of the calculation re⁃sults before and after reinforcement shows that the overall stiffness,crack resistance,and shear resistance of the box girder after reinforcement can be improved to a certain extent,and the flexural deformation resistance can be slightly enhanced.The load test results show that under the normal use state,the bearing capacity of the strengthened box girder meets the design load use requirements,and the dynamic working performance meets the normal use require⁃ments.
