摘 要:由于地震作用的影响,地下室外墙地震动土压力的计算变得十分复杂。目前国内尚未明确核电厂地下室外墙地震土压力的计算方法,Mononobe-Okabe理论由于其自身理论假定,并不适用。文中结合某核电厂工程实例,分析对比了欧洲抗震设计规范“Eurocode 8”、美国“ASCE 4-98”、国内《水工建筑物抗震设计标准》3种计算方法,其中“ASCE 4-98”简化公式法采用弹性理论得到地震土压力及合力作用位置,结果偏于安全且便于计算,在实际工程设计中可采用此方法进行计算。Due to the influence of earthquake,the calculation of seismic earth pressure on the exterior wall of base⁃ment becomes very complicated.At present,the calculation method of seismic earth pressure on the basement exter⁃nal wall of nuclear power plant has not been clarified in China.The Mononobe-Okabe theory is not applicable due to its own theoretical assumptions.Based on a nuclear power plant project,we analyzed and compared European stan⁃dard"Eurocode 8",American standard"ASCE 4-98",and China standard"Standard for seismic design of hydraulic structures".Among them,"ASCE 4-98"simplified formula method uses the elastic theory to obtain the action posi⁃tion of seismic earth pressure and resultant force,the results from which is prone to safe and easy to calculate.The method can be used in actual engineering design.
