参附注射液结合依达拉奉对心肌缺血再灌注损伤治疗效果的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:通过大鼠实验分析参附注射液结合依达拉奉对心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护效果。方法:将50只雄性SD大鼠编号后采取随机数字表法分为五组,每组10只大鼠,分别为空白组、对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组、治疗3组。将对照组与三组治疗组的大鼠通过结扎左冠状动脉前降支引起心肌缺血,再灌注前1 min给予治疗1组参附注射液治疗,给予治疗2组依达拉奉治疗,给予治疗3组参附注射液联合依达拉奉治疗,给予对照组生理盐水,空白组不做任何干预(健康大鼠);对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组、治疗3组再灌注60 min。对比各组的心功能指标左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室短轴缩短率(LVFS),组织的氧化应激指标超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS),以及组织中Wnt/β-联蛋白(β-catenin)通路相关蛋白(Wnt1、β-catenin)的表达水平。结果:对照组及治疗1、2、3组LVEF、LVFS、SOD均低于空白组(P<0.05),MDA、ROS及Wnt1、β-catenin表达水平均高于空白组(P<0.05)。治疗1、2、3组LVEF、LVFS、SOD均高于对照组(P<0.05),MDA、ROS及Wnt1、β-catenin表达水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗1、2组各项指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),且该两组LVEF、LVFS、SOD均低于治疗3组(P<0.05),MDA、ROS及Wnt1、β-catenin表达水平均高于治疗3组(P<0.05)。结论:参附注射液与依达拉奉均对心肌缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,两种药物联合应用的效果得以显著增强,主要通过减轻氧化应激反应、调控Wnt/β-catenin通路相关蛋白发挥作用,进而改善心功能。Objective:To analyze the protective effect of Shenfu Injection combined with Edaravone on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by experimental analysis in rats.Method:Fifty male SD rats were numbered and divided into five groups,10 rats in each group,namely blank group,control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and treatment group 3.Rats in the control group and the 3 treatment groups were caused myocardial ischemia by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery,treatment group 1 was treated with Shenfu Injection at 1 min before reperfusion,treatment group 2 was treated with Edaravone,and treatment group 3 was treated with Shenfu Injection combined with Edaravone,the control group was treated with normal saline,and the blank group did not do any intervention(healthy rats),the control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and treatment group 3 were reperfused for 60 minutes.The cardiac function indexes left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular fractional shortening rate(LVFS),tissue oxidative stress indexes such as superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),reactive oxygen species(ROS),and the expression levels of Wnt/β-catenin pathway related proteins(Wnt1,β-catenin)in tissues among five groups were compared.Result:The LVEF,LVFS and SOD of the control group and treatment group 1,2 and 3 were lower than those of the blank group(P<0.05),and the expression levels of MDA,ROS,Wnt1 andβ-catenin were higher than those of the blank group(P<0.05).The LVEF,LVFS,and SOD of the treatment group 1,2 and 3 were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the expression levels of MDA,ROS,Wnt1 andβ-catenin were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the indicators of the treatment group 1 and 2(P>0.05),and the LVEF,LVFS,and SOD of two groups were lower than those of the treatment group 3(P<0.05),the expression levels of MDA,ROS,and Wnt1,β-catenin were higher than thoee of the treatment group 3(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both Shenfu Inje
