定喘汤加味联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘热哮证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探究定喘汤加味联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗支气管哮喘(BA)热哮证的临床效果。方法:以随机数字表法将2019年8月-2020年8月于南平市建阳第一医院就诊的88例BA热哮证患者分为观察组(44例)、对照组(44例)。其中对照组采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合定喘汤加味治疗。治疗10 d后,比较两组疗效、不良反应发生率,并比较治疗前后两组相关中医症状积分、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为95.45%,显著高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05);观察组各项中医证候积分、各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组,各项肺功能指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为2.27%,明显低于对照组的20.45%(P<0.05)。结论:定喘汤加味联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗哮喘热哮证安全有效,能够明显改善患者相关临床症状,优化肺功能。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of modified Dingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma(BA)with heat asthma syndrome.Method:A total of 88 patients with BA of heat asthma syndrome who were treated in the First Hospital of Jianyang in Nanping City from August 2019 to August 2020 were divided into observation group(44 cases)and control group(44 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with Budesonide atomization inhalation,and on this basis,the observation group was treated with modified Dingchuan Decoction.After 10 days of treatment,the curative effect and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the scores of TCM symptoms,pulmonary function indicators,and inflammatory factors levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(95.45%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(77.27%)(P<0.05).TCM syndromes scores and inflammatory factors levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and pulmonary function indicators were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.27%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.45%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Dingchuan Decoction combined with Budesonide atomization inhalation is safe and effective in the treatment of BA with heat asthma syndrome,which can significantly improve relevant clinical symptoms and lung function.
