规范化管理在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械灭菌包管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨规范化管理在消毒供应中心外来医疗器械灭菌包管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年10月至2020年8月医院实施规范化管理前的300个外来医疗器械灭菌包作为对照组,2020年9月至2021年7月医院实施规范化管理后的300个外来医疗器械灭菌包作为观察组,比较两组的超重包占比、灭菌包合格率及其他缺陷事件发生率。结果观察组超重包占比低于对照组,包装、清洗合格率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组信息登记不完整、破损及提前放行占比均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论规范化管理可有效控制消毒供应中心外来医疗器械灭菌包的超重包数量,提高包装、清洗合格率,同时可减少信息登记不完整、破损等缺陷事件的发生。Objective The application effect of standardized management in sterilization package management of external medical instruments in disinfection supply center was discussed Methods With 300 foreign medical device sterilization kits before the hospital implemented standardized management from October 2019 to August 2020 as the control group,and 300 foreign medical device sterilization kits after the hospital implemented standardized management from September 2020 to July 2021 as the observation group,the proportion of overweight bags,qualified rate of sterilized bags and incidence of other defects were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the proportion of overweight bags in the observation group was lower,the qualified rate of packaging and cleaning was higher,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the proportion of incomplete information registration,damage and early release in the observation group was lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The number of excess weight sterilized bags of external medical instruments in disinfection supply center can be effectively controlled by standardized management,with the increase of qualified rate of packaging and cleaning and the decrease of the incidence of defects such as incomplete information registration and breakage.
