摘　　要：市场监管行政执法案件信息分类的规范化是实施智慧行政执法的基础和关键。本文根据市场监管行政执法案件办理业务流程,遵循科学性、系统性、可扩延性、兼容性、综合实用性的分类原则,经认真梳理与深入分析,采用线分类法,设计确定市场监管行政执法案件信息分类框架图。Standardization of the information classification of administrative law enforcement cases of market supervision is the basis and the key for the implementation of intelligent administrative law enforcement.According to the business handling process of administrative law enforcement cases of market supervision,and following scientific,systematic,extensible,compatible,comprehensive and practical classification principles,through careful arranging and in-depth analysis,the information classification framework of administrative law enforcement cases of market supervision is designed by using linear classification.
