摘　　要：特检机构科技成果转化成败与成果转化评价方法、成果转化模式的选择有密切关系。本文以广东省特检院科技成果转化基地的科技成果转化案例作为研究对象,探究了基于专家评价法的特检机构科技成果转化模式。研究表明,合理确定成果转化评价指标,选择合适的专家对科技成果进行评价,能够促进科技成果转化的实施,提高转化效率。检测方法自行实施、培训考核方法实施、技术授权、“技术共享+风险共担”、技术转让、合作开发转化、委托开发等七种科技成果转化模式,适用于特检机构的科技成果转化。The success or failure of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of special equipment inspection institutions is closely related to the selection of evaluation methods and transformation models.Taking the case of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in the transformation base of Guangdong Special Equipment Testing and Research Institute as the research object,the transformation model of scientific and technological achievements of special equipment testing and research institutions based on expert evaluation method is explored.The research shows that reasonable determination of evaluation index and selection of appropriate experts to evaluate scientific and technological achievements can promote the implementation of scientific and technological achievements transformation and improve the transformation efficiency.Seven transformation models of scientific and technological achievements,including self-implementation of testing methods,implementation of training and assessment methods,technology authorization,"technology sharing + risk sharing",technology transfer,cooperative development and transformation,and entrusted development,it is suitable for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of special equipment inspection institutions.
