摘  要:目的 探讨长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)小核仁RNA宿主基因7(SNHG7)、微小RNA-214(miR-214)在退行性主动脉瓣膜钙化患者中表达的临床意义。方法 选取2020年3月~2021年10月郑州大学第一附属医院心血管外科收治的退行性主动脉瓣膜钙化患者92例为病例组,同期心功能正常的体检者108例为对照组。检测血清LncRNA SNHG7、miR-214水平;采用Pearson法评估相关性;采用ROC曲线评价指标诊断效能;影响因素采用logistic回归分析。结果 病例组miR-214、TC水平明显高于对照组,LncRNA SNHG7、HDL-C、LVEF明显低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。退行性主动脉瓣膜钙化患者血清LncRNA SNHG7与miR-214呈负相关(r=-0.526,P<0.05)。LncRNA SNHG7、miR-214与退行性主动脉瓣膜钙化相关(OR=0.845,95%CI:0.748~0.954,P<0.01;OR=2.347,95%CI:1.288~4.275,P<0.01)。血清LncRNA SNHG7、miR-214及二者联合诊断退行性主动脉瓣膜钙化的曲线下面积分别为0.868、0.895、0.914。结论 退行性主动脉瓣膜钙化患者血清miR-214高表达,LncRNA SNHG7低表达,二者与退行性主动脉瓣膜钙化密切相关。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of LncRNA SNHG7 and miR-214 in patients with degenerative aortic valve calcification.Methods Ninety-two patients with degenerative aortic valve calcification admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were enrolled and subjected as the case group, and 108 physical examiners with normal cardiac function were selected as the control group.The levels of serum LncRNA SNHG7 and miR-214 were detected.Pearson correlation analysis was performed to evaluate the correlation;ROC curve was drawn to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy;Logistic regression analysis was carried out to analyze the influencing factors.Results The miR-214 and TC levels were significantly higher, and the levels of LncRNA SNHG7 and HDL-C and LVEF were obviously lower in the case group than the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).The serum LncRNA SNHG7 level was negatively correlated with the miR-214 level in the patients from the case group(r=-0.526,P<0.05).The serum LncRNA SNHG7 and miR-214 levels were correlated with degenerative aortic valve calcification(OR=0.845,95%CI:0.748-0.954,P<0.01;OR=2.347,95%CI:1.288~4.275,P<0.01).The areas under curve of serum LncRNA SNHG7,miR-214 and their combined diagnosis of degenerative aortic valve calcification were 0.868,0.895 and 0.914,respectively.Conclusion In patients with degenerative aortic valve calcification, miR-214 is highly expressed while LncRNA SNHG7 is lowly, and both are closely related to the disease.
