摘  要:国内外对于橡胶坝的调度运行研究很多,但是大多以防洪为主,很少有针对水景观或涉及小时尺度上的预报调度。以西安市区浐灞河流域下游水景观的水环境质量和水景观品质为目标,研究了橡胶坝群的枯季流量模拟预报和补水调度模型。在对缺历史实测资料的节点采用产汇流参数移用方法基础上,建立了降雨产汇流河系连续演算模型,并利用有实测历史流量资料节点做了率定和验证;利用控制条件下的遍历算法、自下游到上游逐时段反推各个控制坝的立坝/塌坝动作,实现橡胶坝群补水调度计算。经与历史资料比对:产汇流模型输出的各个节点预报结果精度较好,补水调度能够达成调度目标(下游监控节点流量稳定在18~25 m^(3)/s)。该方法在2021年9月份西安十四运期间运行稳定,圆满完成了调度目标,对相似地区的橡胶坝补水调度,具有重要的参考价值。There are many researches on the operation of rubber dam at home and abroad, but most of them focus on flood control, and rarely focus on the water landscape or involve the prediction and operation on an hourly scale. Aiming at the water environment quality and water landscape quality of the lower reaches of Chanba River Basin in Xi′an City, this paper studies the dry season flow simulation prediction and water replenishment dispatching model of rubber dam groups. Based on the transfer method of runoff and confluence parameters at nodes lacking historical measured data, a continuous routing model of rainfall runoff and confluence river system is established, and calibrated and verified by using nodes with measured historical discharge data. By using the traversal algorithm under the control condition, the dam erection/collapse actions of each control dam are deduced from the downstream to the upstream period by period, and the water replenishment dispatching calculation of rubber dam group is realized. Compared with the historical data, the prediction results of each node output by the runoff generation and concentration model have good accuracy, and the water replenishment dispatching can achieve the dispatching goal(the flow of downstream monitoring nodes is stable at 18~25 m^(3)/s). This method runs stably during the 14 th National Games in Xi′an in September 2021 and successfully completes the dispatching goal. It has important reference value for the water replenishment dispatching of rubber dams in similar areas.
