长活化期水性双组分聚氨酯涂料的制备及性能研究

摘　　要：通过引入长链烷基丙烯酸酯单体制备出具有核壳结构的羟基丙烯酸树脂水分散体,采用其与亲水改性多异氰酸酯固化剂配制水性双组分聚氨酯涂料(2K-WPU),对影响水性双组分涂料活化期问题进行研究,最终得到的水性双组分自干涂料具有长活化期、综合性能优良等特点。Modified by long chain alkyl acrylic monomer, a waterborne hydroxyl acrylic dispersion with core-shell structure was prepared. Waterborne two-component polyurethane(2 K-WPU) coatings were prepared with the dispersion and hydrophilic modified polyisocyanate curing agent. Then, the factors influencing the pot life of waterborne two-component coatings were studied. Finally, waterborne two-component self-curing coatings with long pot life and excellent comprehensive performance were obtained.
