荧光定量PCR法和免疫胶体金法对沙眼衣原体的检测效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的:对比荧光定量PCR法和免疫胶体金方法对沙眼衣原体的检测效果,为今后临床选择合适的方法检测沙眼衣原体(CT)感染提供理论依据。方法:选取180例疑似沙眼衣原体感染患者为研究对象,均给予细菌培养、荧光定量PCR法和免疫胶体金技术三种检测方法进行检测,比较荧光定量PCR法和免疫胶体金技术对沙眼衣原体的检测效果。结果:以细菌培养结果作为金标准,荧光定量PCR法诊断CT感染的灵敏度、阴性预测值、准确度及Kappa值显著高于免疫胶体金法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种方法检测CT感染特异度、阳性预测值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论:与免疫胶体金法相比,荧光定量PCR法检测CT感染的效果更优,其不但可缩短检测时间,便于操作,还能够提高检测的灵敏度、准确度,为临床诊治提供有效依据。Objective To compare and analyze the detection effect of fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunogold technology on Chlamydia trachomatis, and to provide a theoretical basis for choosing an appropriate method to detect CT infection in clinic in the future.Method 180 patients with suspected Chlamydia trachomatis infection were selected and treated with three detection methods: bacterial culture, fluorescent quantitative PCR and immunocolloidal gold technology to compare the detection effects of fluorescent quantitative PCR and immunocolloidal gold technology on Chlamydia trachomatis.Results Bacterial culture results were used as the gold standard. The sensitivity, negative predictive value, accuracy, and Kappa value of the fluorescent quantitative PCR method in the diagnosis of CT infection were significantly increased than the colloidal gold method(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the specificity and positive predictive value of CT infection detected by the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the immunogold method, the fluorescence quantitative PCR method was used to detect CT infection. The effect is better, not only shortens the time, facilitates the operation, but also improves the sensitivity and accuracy of the detection, and provides an effective basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
