摘  要:目的:分析经阴道三维超声及断层超声成像技术对剖宫产切口瘢痕缺陷的诊断价值。方法:回顾性纳入136例剖宫产术后检查者,均开展经阴道三维超声、断层超声成像技术,比较两者诊断结果。结果:共有52例瘢痕缺陷者,其中楔形23例、囊性14例、三角形12例、不规则型3例;联合诊断的灵敏度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值均显著高于经阴道三维超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),联合诊断的特异度高于经阴道三维超声,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。瘢痕缺陷的深度、宽度、高度、残余肌层厚度在子宫前位、子宫后位类型中比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上可采取经阴道三维超声联合断层超声成像诊断,提高对剖宫产切口瘢痕缺陷的诊断价值。Objective To analyze the value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound and tomography in the diagnosis of scar defects of cesarean section incision. Method 136 patients who underwent Post Cesarean section were retrospectively included. Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound and tomography were performed to compare the diagnostic results of the two.Results There were 52 cases of scar defects, including 23 cases of wedge, 14 cases of cystic, 12 cases of triangle and 3 cases of irregular type;The sensitivity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of combined diagnosis were significantly higher than those of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound(P<0.05). The specificity of combined diagnosis was higher than that of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). There were significant differences in the depth, width, height and residual myometrial thickness of scar defects between anterior and posterior uterine types(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound combined with tomography can be used to improve the diagnostic value of scar defects of cesarean section incision.
