摘 要:舵面振荡故障是现代电传操纵飞机上系统与结构相互作用下一种常见且严重的故障,其本质上是共振问题。在飞机的某些固有频率附近的舵面振荡,会产生严重的共振和破坏性的载荷,可能导致机毁人亡的灾难性后果,因此必须深入分析,并采取保护措施。共振载荷的严重性使其不能按照常规载荷的方法来处理,而是通过全面的故障监控来解决。通过与设计载荷包线的比较,反算出结构能够承受的振荡角度,对超过限度的故障,在飞控系统中由监控器及时处理。基于飞机设计工作的实践经验,分析了问题的背景和适航要求,探讨了振荡载荷的建模方法,研究了载荷监控设计的要求和方法,探索了一套行之有效的针对振荡故障载荷的理论和方法,可供相关研究者借鉴。Control surface oscillation failure is a common and serious failure in modern fly-by-wire aircraft under the interaction of system and structure,but it is rarely studied in China.Oscillation failure is essentially a resonance problem.Surface oscillation near some natural frequencies of the aircraft will produce serious resonance and destructive loads,which may lead to the catastrophic consequences of aircraft destruction and human death.Therefore,comprehensive analysis and protective measures are necessary.The gravity of resonance load makes it impossible to deal with conventional loads method,but through failure monitors to solve.By comparing with the design load envelopes,the allowable angle that the structure can sustain is calculated,and the failure exceeding this limit can be protected in the flight control system.Based on the accumulation of research work,this paper analyzes the background of the problem and the requirements of airworthiness,discusses the modeling method of oscillation loads,studies the requirements and methods of loads monitoring design,and explores a set of effective theories and methods for oscillation failure loads which can be used for reference by related researchers.
