摘 要:为了提高配网二次智能化模块的修复成功率,在数控智能化模块插针修整器的原有系统中,引入网络载波数据采集系统。在插针基座和金属夹具之间,通入110 V工频50 Hz交流电,将经傅里叶变换模块、模糊卷积神经网络模块反馈的数据结果用于控制智能化插针修整器,发布的外部控制指令包括步进电机的步长、进给速度、方向与力度。插针修整器的智能化改造试验表明,改进后插针修整器的修整效率有明显提升,修整过程中插针损伤率有效降低,证明基于网络载波模块设计插针修整器是可行的。In order to strengthen the repair success rate of the secondary intelligent module of the distribution network,the network carrier data acquisition system is introduced into the original system of the pin dresser of the NC intelligent module,110 V power frequency 50 Hz AC is connected between the pin base and the metal fixture,and Fourier transform module and fuzzy convolution neural network module are introduced,Make the mining results of network carrier feedback data control the step size of the stepping motor of the intelligent pin dresser,and then control the feeding speed and strength.The external control command only controls the feeding direction of the stepping motor,and finally realize the intelligent transformation of the pin dresser.It is found in laboratory measurements that the dressing efficiency of the improved pin dresser is effectively improved,and the possible pin damage probability in the correction process is significantly reduced.
