摘　　要：图书馆区域联合体是联盟的一种重要表现形式,承担了区域内资源共建共享的责任,但在目前发展中出现服务终止、形式衰落的情况,转型问题日渐突出。文章从联合体的发展切入,厘清联盟与联合体发展的关系,按照内容主题探究联合体研究热点的动态演化。面对联合体研究热度降低的困境,需要以资源重整和共用平台为重点转型思路,引入资源供应商,形成读者-图书馆-出版社的全新智慧图书馆服务联盟结构,抓住下一代图书馆平台技术的发展趋势尽快完成智慧化转型。The library regional consortium is an important form of alliance, which assumes the responsibility of co-construction and sharing of resources in the region.However, in the current development of the consortium, the service is terminated and the form is declining, and the problem of consortium transformation is becoming prominent.The article starts from the development of the consortium, clarifies the development of the consortium, and explores the dynamic evolution of consortium research themes along a timeline.Faced with the dilemma of reduced research interest in consortia, it is necessary to focus on resource reorganization and platform sharing, introduce resource suppliers into the alliance to form a new smart library service alliance structure of readers-libraries-publishers.The library alliance needs to grasp the development trend of the next-generation library platform technology to complete the intelligent transformation as soon as possible.
