常温正反浮选工艺富集放马山低品位胶磷矿研究

摘　　要：以放马山低品位胶磷矿为研究对象,以棉油脂肪酸通过皂化、复配复合表面活性剂获得的MON-135作为正浮选捕收剂,进行常温正反浮选实验。结果表明,对棉油脂肪酸进行改性获得的捕收剂,可以用于常温浮选低品位胶磷矿,反浮选中柠檬酸的抑制作用优于磷酸;在浮选温度为20℃,磨矿细度<0.074 mm颗粒占比97.89%,正浮选粗选碳酸钠、水玻璃、常温捕收剂MON-135用量分别为5.0、4.0、1.4 kg/t,扫选捕收剂用量为0.45 kg/t,反浮选粗选硫酸、柠檬酸、捕收剂LAA-11用量分别为27.3、1.8、0.4 kg/t,反浮选扫选硫酸用量为6.0 kg/t的条件下,原矿(w(P_(2)O_(5))15.56%)经过正浮选一粗一精一扫与反浮选一粗一扫闭路流程,获得了磷精矿w(P_(2)O_(5))28.26%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率83.16%的浮选指标。Taking Fangmashan low grade collophanite as the research object,the positive and reverse flotation experiments are carried out at normal temperature with MON-135 as the positive flotation collector,which is obtained from saponification of cotton oil fatty acid and compound surfactant.The results show that,the collector obtained by modifying plant fatty acid is suitable for low grade collophanite by normal temperature flotation,and the inhibitory effect of citric acid in reverse flotation is better than that of phosphoric acid;Under the flotation temperature of 20℃,the proportion of particles with grinding fineness of<0.074 mm is 97.89%,the dosage of sodium carbonate,water glass and normal temperature collector MON-135 in positive flotation are 5.0 kg/t,4.0 kg/t and 1.4 kg/t respectively,the dosage of scavenging collector is 0.45 kg/t,the dosage of sulfuric acid,citric acid and collector LAA-11 in reverse flotation are 27.3 kg/t,1.8 kg/t and 0.4 kg/t respectively,and the dosage of scavenging sulfuric acid in reverse flotation is 6.0 kg/t,the grade of raw rock is 15.56%,through the closed-circuit process of positive flotation one coarse one fine one sweeping and reverse flotation one coarse one sweeping,the normal temperature flotation indexes with concentrate grade of 28.26%and P_(2)O_(5) recovery rate of 83.16%are obtained.
