摘  要:对某厂电炉法制磷试用米焦后的生产状况及经济技术指标进行比较、分析、评价,指出炭质还原剂质量性能的优化选择决定了炉况好坏及生产经济技术指标的优劣。只要认真分析炭质还原剂的物化性能,大胆创新、科学合理选择炭质还原剂粒度,就能使电热法制磷在最佳操作状态和最优惠的工艺条件下稳定安全运行,为企业创造好的经济效益。By comparing,analyzing and evaluating the production status and economic and technical indexes of production of phosphorus by electrothermal method with granular coke in a factory,it is pointed out that the optimization of the quality and performance of carbon reductant determines the quality of furnace and the economic and technical indexes of production.As long as the physical and chemical properties of carbon reductant are carefully analyzed,and the particle size of carbon reductant is boldly innovated,scientifically and reasonably selected,the electrothermal phosphorus production can operate stably and safely under the best operating conditions and the most favorable process conditions,and create good economic benefits for the enterprise.
