农村创业者地缘网络、制度环境与创业绩效——基于千村调查的数据

摘　　要：现有对中国农村创业者创业特征的勾勒往往沿袭西方社会资本和资源禀赋视角,相对忽略农民创业对中国本土文化情境的深刻依赖。从中国农村社会运作有重要影响的地缘网络理论出发,探讨基于村落文化和地域人文风貌形成的农民地缘网络对其创业活动的影响机制,运用层次回归法分析中国千村调查数据。研究发现,农村创业者地缘网络对其创业绩效有正向促进作用;制度环境的规制制度和认知制度对农民创业绩效有正向促进作用;制度环境的规制、规范和认知制度对农村创业者地缘网络和创业绩效之间存在调节作用,而上述调节作用在不同创业时长和创业地区间存在显著差异。因此,通过探讨农村创业者地缘网络、制度环境与创业绩效之间的相互作用机理,对深入理解中国农民创业行为、拓展农民创业理论研究具有重要意义。Existing researches mostly discuss Chinese rural entrepreneurship from the perspective of social capital and resource endowment,but neglect the importance of local cultural context.Based on the regional serendipity theory which has an important impact on China's rural society,the influence of farmers'regional network rising from village culture and regional humanities on their entrepreneurial activities were discussed.Using the data from the China thousand villages survey for hierarchical regression,the relationships among regional network,institutional environment and entrepreneurial performance are found as follows:rural entrepreneurs'regional network had a positive role in promoting entrepreneurial performance;regulatory and cognitive institutions promoted entrepreneurial performance,while regulatory,cognitive and normative institutions acted as substitutions in the relationship between regional network and entrepreneurial performance.The interaction among regional network,institutional environment and entrepreneurial performance of rural entrepreneurs was discussed,which had a great significance for the in-depth understanding of Chinese rural entrepreneurship and the expansion of rural entrepreneurial theory.
