公共经济政策理性及其增进路径分析

摘　　要：理性推进公共经济政策是增强利民特性的过程,不能用主观意志来制定经济政策,而要看具体情形,明确实施的方式、内容和具体的宏观经济计划,加强公共经济政策的合理性和有效性,加强对社会发展的引导,以促使社会稳定发展。本文从公共经济政策的基本内容与构成要素入手,探究当前我国公共经济政策增进理性时存在的问题,并提出针对性的解决措施。Rationally promoting public economic policies is the process of enhancing their benefi cial characteristics.It is important not to use subjective will to formulate economic policies but to look at the specifi c situation,clarify the ways of implementation,content and specifi c macroeconomic plans,strengthen the rationality and eff ectiveness of public economic policies,and enhance the guidance of social development to promote stable social development.Starting from the basic content and components of public economic policies,this paper explores the current problems in promoting rationality in China’s public economic policies and proposes targeted countermeasures.
