摘　　要：介绍齐鲁研究院预转化催化剂Z505的评价结果,试验结果表明:以6号溶剂油和水为原料,压力为3.0 MPa、水碳摩尔比为2.0、碳空速6000 h^(-1)、反应器入口配入氢气、氢油体积比48、入口温度420~430℃条件下,新开发的Z505催化剂具有良好的活性和稳定性,显示该剂具有良好的工业应用前景。The evaluation results of Qilu Research Institute Z505 pre-reforming catalyst was introduced.The experimental results showed that:using No.6 solvent oil and water as raw materials,under reaction conditions of operation pressure was 3.0 MPa,ratio of water steam to carbon was 2.0,carbon space velocity was 6000 h^(-1),hydrogen was supplied to the reactor inlet and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil was 48,inlet temperature was 420-430℃,the new developed Z505 catalyst possessed good activity and stability,and had good prospect for the industrial application.
