摘  要:近年来,国内煤化工行业蓬勃发展,煤化工产业可持续发展的前提不能以牺牲自然生态环境为代价,煤化工环保问题受到日益重视。硫回收装置作为配套环保装置,选择最优工艺技术至关重要。介绍煤化工硫回收装置的特点和常规硫回收工艺技术,并以某煤化工企业50 kt/a硫回收装置为例,对4个针对性的技术方案进行了比选,得出了推荐采用的工艺技术。In recent years,the coal chemical industry has been developing vigorously,the premise of sustainable development of coal chemical industry can not be at the cost of natural ecological environment,the environmental protection of coal chemical industry has been paid more and more attention.As a supporting environmental protection device,it is very important to select the optimal process technology for sulfur recovery plant.This paper introduces the characteristics of the sulfur recovery unit of coal chemical industry and the conventional sulfur recovery technology,and takes the 50 kt/a sulfur recovery unit of a coal chemical enterprise as an example,compares and selects four specific technical schemes,and obtains the recommended process technology.
