摘 要:考察了分光光度法和碘量法测定聚酯催化剂溶液中锑含量的影响因素及精密度,并建立了碘量法-自动电位滴定测定聚酯催化剂中锑含量。实验结果表明:采用分光光度法测定聚酯催化剂中锑含量受基体干扰,随基体变化需更新标准工作曲线。对比发现,碘量法滴定测定锑含量准确度高、精密度好,非常适合装置日常分析。The influence factors and precision of antimony content determination in polyester catalyst solution by spectrophotometry and iodometry were investigated,and the determination of antimony in polyester catalyst solution by iodimetry-automatic potentiometric titration was established.The results showed that when antimony content of the catalyst was determined by spectrophotometry,the determination result was affected by matrix interference,and the standard working curve should be updated with the change of matrix.By comparison,antimony content determination by the iodometry titration method had advantages of high accuracy and good precision,which was very suitable for daily production analysis of the device.
