摘 要:为研究催化剂与等离子体联合作用下CH_(4)转化反应的特性,开展了CeO_(2)-CuO-ZnO/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂辅助等离子体转化CH_(4)的实验,通过BET、SEM和XPS表征催化剂的结构特征,分析催化剂中CuO与ZnO物质的量比和CeO_(2)对反应的影响。结果表明,等离子体与CuO-ZnO/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)或CeO_(2)-CuO-ZnO/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)协同转化CH_(4)的主要产物为CO、CO_(2)、CH_(3)OH和H_(2),以及C_(2)H_(4)、C_(2)H_(6)等C_(2)烃。在一定实验条件下,CH_(4)部分氧化反应同时受催化剂比表面积、孔结构及活性组分分散性的影响,但活性组分的分散性对CH_(4)氧化影响更显著,而CeO_(2)通过促进Zn活性组分在载体表面的分散,显著提升H_(2)和C_(2)烃的产率。This paper aims to study the characteristics of methane conversion reaction under the combined action of catalyst and plasma.The research involves performing the experiment of plasma conversion to CH_(4)with CeO_(2)-CuO-ZnO/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst,characterizing catalyst structure by BET,SEM and XPS,and analyzing the ratio of CuO to ZnO in the catalyst and the effect of CeO_(2)on the reaction.The results show that CO,CO_(2),CH_(3)OH and H_(2),and C_(2)hydrocarbons such as C_(2)H_(4)and C_(2)H_(6)are the main products of CH_(4) performed by the synergistic conversion of plasma and CuO-ZnO/γ-Al_(2)O_(3)or CeO_(2)-CuO-ZnO/γ-Al_(2)O_(3).Under certain experimental conditions,the partial oxidation of CH_(4)is affected by the specific surface area,pore structure of the catalyst and the dispersion of active components.However,the dispersion of active components has positive effect on CH_(4)oxidation.Further,CeO_(2)can significantly increase the yields of H_(2)and C_(2)hydrocarbons by promoting the dispersion of Zn active components on the carrier surface.
