摘  要:为了对电力工程施工风险进行准确、科学的评价,从环境、合同、经济、组织、技术5个角度构建电力工程施工风险评价体系,提出一种基于反熵权-AHP法的风险评价模型,将偏重主观性的AHP法和偏重客观性的反熵权法结合起来确定权重,让计算结果更加贴近实际情况。应用该模型到内蒙古某电力工程中,计算出施工风险评价结果为较小水平,验证了模型的有效性和适用性,并分析了风险影响因素的综合权重,得到施工机械损坏、方案可行性及安全性、质量缺陷返工等6项关键因素。评价模型的运用,丰富了电力工程施工风险评价方法的研究,对于施工方有效评价和防范风险具有指导意义。In order to accurately and scientifically evaluate the construction risk of power engineering,the construction risk evaluation system of power engineering is constructed from the five perspectives of environment,contract,economy,organization and technology.A risk evaluation model based on the anti-entropy weight-AHP method is proposed.The AHP method with strong subjectivity and the anti-entropy weight method with strong objectivity are combined to determine the weight.Make the calculation results more close to the actual situation.Applied the model to the Inner Mongolia electric power engineering,calculate the construction risk assessment results for the smaller level,to verify the applicability and effectiveness of the model,and analyzed the risk factors of comprehensive weight,get construction mechanical damage,the feasibility,safety and quality defects rework six key factors.The application of the evaluation model enricifies the research on the construction risk evaluation method of electric power engineering,and has guiding significance for the effective evaluation and risk prevention of the construction party.
