摘　　要：“面向人民生命健康”的提出,标志着党中央在践行“人民至上、生命至上”治国理念上做出了新部署。“面向人民生命健康”已经上升到与“面向世界科技前沿”同样高度。当前公安学科相关课程中面临着生命健康教育短板和难题,从政策优势、融合课程创新、交叉领域育人平台搭建、师资培育与持证等角度提出一套突出生命健康导向的公安学科课程改革创新方案。The proposal of“Facing people’s life and health”marks a new deployment of the CPC Central Committee in practicing the concept of“people first,life first”.“Facing people’s life and health”has risen to the same height as“facing the frontier of science and technology around the world”.This research comprehensively analyzes the shortcomings and problems of life and health education in the current public security discipline-related courses,fully explores the favorable national policy conditions for implementing curriculum reform and the advantages of public security practical training resources,and proposes a set of life and health oriented curriculum innovation and reform protocol for the public security discipline development.
