卷烟厂联合工房电气工程安装施工方法设计

摘　　要：卷烟厂联合工房电气工程安装施工过程中很容易出现安装施工偏差较大,影响电气工程的使用效果,为解决这一问题,本研究设计了一种卷烟厂电气工程安装施工方法。以陕西旬阳卷烟厂为例,通过安装高性能配电柜、埋设无缝隙暗配钢管、连接封闭电气挤压管三方面的设计完成卷烟厂电气工程安装施工。最后进行安装效果分析,结果表明,使用该设计工艺施工后,联合工房内各个电气安装部分的安装施工偏差均在允许范围内,证明设计工艺的施工效果较好,能够有效满足卷烟厂联合工房电气工程安装施工需求,具有一定应用价值。During the installation and construction of the electrical engineering of the joint workshop of the cigarette factory,it is easy to have large installation and construction deviation,which affects the use effect of the electrical engineering.In order to solve this problem,this paper designs a method for the installation and construction of the electrical engineering of the cigarette factory.Taking Shaanxi Xunyang cigarette factory as an example,the electrical engineering installation and construction of the cigarette factory were completed through the design of installing high-performance power distribution cabinet,burying seamless concealed steel pipe and connecting closed electric extrusion pipe.Finally,the installation effect is analyzed.The results show that after using the design process in this paper,the installation and construction deviation of each electrical installation part in the joint workshop is within the allowable range,which proves that the design process has a good construction effect and can effectively meet the installation and construction requirements of the electrical Engineering in the joint workshop of the cigarette factory,and has a certain application value.
