摘  要:可靠性预计的目的在于检查产品研制方案和电路设计的合理性,依据不同设计方案建立基本可靠性模型,发现高故障率部分和承受过高应力的薄弱环节并针对性的选用元件。组合DC-DC电源在实现电压转换的同时还具有输入输出隔离的功能,在邮电、通信、电力、煤矿、航空航天、军工等领域都有着广泛的应用,而多种电器设备的发展却受到组合DC-DC电源的可靠性水平的严重制约。针对以上问题,基于预计手册GJB/Z 299C-2006,通过组合DC-DC电源的具体实例,采用应力分析法分析计算电源内各元器件的失效率,得到电源在几种不同工作环境下的可靠性预计值。该研究通过对组合DC-DC电源可靠性的定量分析推动了组合DCDC电源在工程中的实际应用。The purpose of reliability prediction is to check the rationality of product development scheme and circuit design,establish basic reliability models according to different design schemes,find out parts with high failure rate and weak links that bear excessive stress,and select components accordingly.Combined DC-DC power supply not only realizes voltage conversion but also has the function of input and output isolation.It is widely used in the fields of post and telecommunications,communications,electric power,coal mines,aerospace,military industry and so on.However,the development of various electrical equipment is seriously restricted by the reliability level of combined DC-DC power supply.In view of the above problems,based on the prediction manual GJB/Z 299C-2006,through the specific example of combined DC-DC power supply,the failure rate of each component in the power supply is analyzed and calculated by the stress analysis method,and the reliability prediction value of the power supply under several different working environments is obtained.This research promotes the practical application of combined DC-DC power supply in engineering through quantitative analysis of reliability of combined DC-DC power supply.
