摘 要:气举反循环工艺是进行地层深部开采作业中常用的一种技术。首先介绍了气举反循环的工艺原理和技术优势,以及影响该工艺应用效果的几项关键参数,包括沉没系数、钻具液上返流速等,随后以地热资源开发项目为例,分别从钻进设备的选型,空气潜孔锤与气举反循环组合技术的具体应用等方面展开了简要分析。从技术的应用效果来看,使用气举反循环技术可以保证平均钻效达到0.60-0.85 m/h,比常规钻进作业提升了2倍有余,并且不存在地层水污染等问题,综合应用效果良好。The gas lift reverse circulation process is a commonly used technology in deep formation mining operations.This paper firstly introduces the process principle and technical advantages of gas lift reverse circulation,as well as several key parameters affecting the application effect of this process,including subsidence coefficient,drilling fluid upstream flow rate,etc.Then,taking the geothermal resource development project of a hot spring in a certain place as an example,a brief analysis was carried out from the selection of drilling equipment,the specific application of the combined technology of air DTH hammer and gas lift reverse circulation,etc.From the perspective of the application effect of the technology,the use of the gas lift reverse circulation technology can ensure that the average drilling efficiency reaches 0.60-0.85m/h,which is more than 2 times higher than the conventional drilling operation,and there is no formation water pollution and other problems.The comprehensive application effect good.
