摘 要:南河特大桥于2003年建成通车至今使用状况良好,现状通航高度不满足三级航道净空高度要求,为确保既有桥梁满足航道净空要求,现利用桥梁整体同步顶升技术将原有老桥整体抬高。依托国内最大跨径钢管砼系拱桥———南河特大桥整体同步顶升工程,通过顶升过程中的实时位移数据的监测,从统计学角度分析产生高程误差的原因,从而在施工过程中消减产生误差的因素,更有效的控制顶升施工质量。The Nanhe Extra-large Bridge was completed and opened to traffic in 2003 and has been in good condition.The current navigable height does not meet the requirements for the clearance height of the third-level waterway.In order to ensure that the existing bridges meet the requirements for the clearance of the waterway,the overall synchronous jacking technology of the bridge is used to lift the original old bridge as a whole high.Relying on the overall synchronous jacking project of Nanhe Extra Large Bridge,the largest span steel pipe reinforced arch bridge in China,through the monitoring of real-time displacement data during the jacking process,the cause of the elevation error is analyzed from a statistical point of view,so as to reduce the amount of elevation error during the construction process.Factors that cause errors,more effectively control the quality of jacking construction.
