摘 要:为提升铝合金铸件抗拉强度,对激光焊接技术在铝合金铸件中的应用进行研究。首先调整铸件坡口,确定激光焊接入射角度,针对元件的铸造情况进行焊缝激光布设并实现分层锤击处理,采用激光焊接技术进行铸件的侧向拉伸,采用刚性固定法实现铝合金铸件焊接。完成铸件焊接后,与传统方法进行对比,最终得出设计方法应用后铝合金铸件的抗拉强度较高,位移较小,具有实际的应用价值和创新意义。In order to improve the tensile strength of aluminum alloy castings,the application of laser welding technology in aluminum alloy castings was studied in this paper.Firstly,the casting groove is adjusted to determine the incidence angle of laser welding.According to the casting conditions of the components,the laser layout of the welding seam is carried out and the layered hammering treatment is realized.The laser welding technology is used to carry out the lateral stretching of the casting,and the rigid fixation method is used to realize the welding of the aluminum alloy casting.After the welding of the casting,compared with the traditional method,it is concluded that the tensile strength of the aluminum alloy casting after the application of the design method is higher and the displacement is smaller,which has practical application value and innovation significance.
