摘  要:针对某电厂300 MW供热机组制粉系统出力低、压降大、制粉单耗高、排粉风机磨损严重等问题,全面诊断制粉系统后发现粗细粉分离器性能仍有较大提升空间,通过数值计算后提出粗细粉分离器设计优化改造方案,实施后系统压降减小、制粉系统出力提高和单耗降低,锅炉效率获得提高。不仅节约燃煤、减少排放,而且排粉风机叶轮磨损显著减小、设备稳定性显著提高。Aiming at the problems of low output,large pressure drop,high unit consumption of pulverizing,and serious wear of the powder discharge fan in a 300 MW heating unit of a power plant,the performance of the coarse and fine powder separator is still greatly improved after a comprehensive diagnosis of the pulverizing system.After the numerical calculation,a design optimization and modification plan of the coarse and fine powder separator is proposed.After the implementation,the system pressure drop is reduced,the output of the pulverizing system is increased,and the unit consumption is reduced,and the boiler efficiency is improved.It not only saves coal and reduces emissions,but also significantly reduces the wear of the impeller of the powder exhaust fan and improves the stability of the equipment.
