新时代高职院校体育课改革的困境及解决路径

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等方法,对高职院校体育课的开展进行调研分析,找出现阶段高职院校体育课改革存在的问题。结合当前政策和体育课改革中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决路径,最终建立职业院校体育课内外一体、线上线下相结合的“岗课赛证融通”综合育人体系,进一步贯彻落实新时代学校体育“四位一体”目标,促进学生未来职业生涯的可持续发展。Through the methods of literature review, expert interview and other methods, this paper conducted an investigation and analysis on the development of PE courses in higher vocational institutes, and found out the problems existing in the reform of PE courses in higher vocational institutes at this stage. Combined with current policies and challenges in reforming PE courses, this paper put forward the corresponding solutions, and finally established a comprehensive education system of "post-curriculum-competition-certificate integration" that integrates both inside and outside and online and offline physical education in vocational institutes, so as to further implement the "four-in-one" goal of physical education in institutes in the new era, and to promote the sustainable development of students’ future careers.
