中药制剂愈肤油联合细节化护理对失禁相关性皮炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨中药制剂紫草愈肤油联合细节化护理在失禁相关性皮炎(Incontinence-related dermatitis, IAD)患者的应用价值。方法 选择2017年12月至2021年12月本院收治的IAD患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予中药制剂紫草愈肤油联合细节化护理,持续护理21d。比较两组皮损恢复情况、皮肤状况、红肿消失及创面愈合时间、疼痛程度。结果 观察组IAD皮肤损伤评估量表(IADS)评分和皮肤状况评估工具(SAT)中各维度评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组红肿消失时间(3.76±0.52)d,对照组红肿消失时间(5.48±0.89)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间(4.58±0.43)d,对照组创面愈合时间(6.51±0.67)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药制剂紫草愈肤油联合细节化护理可有效促进IAD患者皮损恢复,改善皮肤状况,缩短红肿消失及创面愈合时间,减轻疼痛,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of Arnebia Euchroma healing oil combined with detailed nursing care on patients with incontinence-related dermatitis(IAD). Methods from December 2017 to December 2017,100 patients with IAD admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received Arnebia Euchroma healing oil combined with detailed nursing care on the basis of the control group. Detailed nursing was for 21 days. The recovery, skin condition, the time of disappearance of redness and swelling, wound healing time and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of IADS and SAT in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The time of disappearance of redness and swelling in the observation group was(3.76 ± 0.52) d, and the time of disappearance of redness and swelling in the control group was(5.48 ± 0.89) d, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The wound healing time of the observation group was(4.58±0.43) d, and that of the control group was(6.51±0.67) d, the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). The pain degree of the observation group was lighter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Arnebia Euchroma healing oil combined with detailed nursing care can effectively promote the recovery of IAD patients, improve the skin condition, shorten the time of swelling and wound healing, relieve pain, and have higher clinical application value.
