摘 要:为了解在不同情境下腭咽闭合所受各种因素的影响,通过CT扫描得到人体上呼吸道模型,重建正常人的上呼吸道三维有限元模型,使用流体分析和流固耦合的方式,对软腭在气流作用下受迫运动的不同影响因素进行研究。结果表明:软腭在气流作用下的被动运动受到入口速度、软腭的弹性模量和呼吸方式等因素的影响,且软腭两侧的压力差是导致软腭变形的重要原因。To understand how palatal-pharyngeal closure is influenced by various factors in different conditions, a three-dimensional finite element model of the upper respiratory tract of normal people is reconstructed based on the upper respiratory tract model of the human body obtained by CT scan. The different influencing factors of the forced movement of the soft palate under the action of gas flow are studied through fluid analysis and fluid-structure interaction. The results show that the passive movement of soft palate under the action of air flow is affected by factors like inlet speed, elastic modulus of the soft palate and breathing mode, and the pressure difference between the two sides of soft palate mainly causes the deformation of the soft palate.
