电子玻璃贵金属料道环境控制设备方案设计分析

摘　　要：电子玻璃贵金属料道环境控制设备对稳定工艺环境、提升产品品位、确保核心工艺设备安全等方面具有极其重要的意义。通过对电子玻璃贵金属料道环境控制设备的设计方案优劣比对,并从设备结构、组成、维护等方面进行优化设计,设计出更加符合电子玻璃贵金属料道生产工艺要求的环境控制设备。With the further understanding of the industrial personnel on the process control of the precious metal channel of electronic glass, the environmental control equipment of the precious metal channel of electronic glass is no longer the peripheral equipment and auxiliary equipment previously considered, but has been raised to the level of key process equipment and classified into the category of key process equipment. The environmental control equipment for precious metal material path of electronic glass is of great significance to stabilize the process environment, improve product grade and ensure the safety of core process equipment. This paper reviews the design, application status and existing problems of the environmental control equipment for precious metal channel of electronic glass, puts forward a new design scheme of environmental control equipment, and expounds in detail from the aspects of equipment structure, composition, maintenance, advantages and disadvantages.
