超厚SGP夹层Low-E玻璃生产工艺探究

摘  要:Low-E与SGP夹层的结合使用提高了建筑玻璃的安全性、舒适性,可以满足对玻璃要求更厚、更大、更安全的多元化设计要求,但超厚SGP夹层Low-E玻璃采用传统的加工方式存在效率低、成品率低的缺点。通过探究超厚SGP夹层LowE玻璃的生产工艺,研究了加热方式及SGP类型对10/10及以上厚度SGP夹层Low-E玻璃的影响,并通过实验证明了产品的安全性能。The combination of Low-E and SGP improves the safety and comfort of building glass, match the diversified design requirements of thicker、bigger、more secure. However, the traditional processing method of super thick SGP laminated Low-E glass has the disadvantages of low efficiency and low yield.The production process of super thick SGP laminated Low-E glass was investigated in this paper.The effects of heating methods and SGP types on SGP laminated Low-E glass with thickness of 10/10 and above were studied. At the same time, the safety performance of the product was proved by experiments.
