摘　　要：目的借助Excel和中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,初讨张红教授治疗子宫内膜异位症的中药组方规律,传承张红教授临床诊疗子宫内膜异位症的经验。方法对2019年1月-2021年12月张红教授治疗子宫内膜异位症的有效医案处方进行收集并整理,通过频数统计、关联规则、熵层次聚类、处方规则等分析对处方应用规律进行数据挖掘,并结合张红教授诊疗思路对数据挖掘进行阐释。结果共录入134首有效处方,137味中药,分析得出张红教授治疗子宫内膜异位症常用药物有鸡内金、白术、香附、桂枝等13味药物,其功效主要为健脾消瘕,温通行气。从药物性味、归经频数结果可知,药性以温、平为主;药味以苦、辛、甘为主;归经以肝、脾、心、肾经为主;演化得到核心组合共10个,新处方5首。结论张红教授认为子宫内膜异位症的病机以痰瘀互结、寒凝血瘀,虚实夹杂为主,治疗注重温通祛浊,活血化瘀,佐以健脾补肾;祛邪与扶正兼顾,气血调和,邪去病安。Objective To explore Professor Zhang Hong’s medication experience and prescription rules in the treatment of endometriosis with the help of Excel and Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)software,and to carry forward Professor Zhang Hong’s experience in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis.Methods From January 2019 to December 2021,the effective medical prescriptions of Professor Zhang Hong for the treatment of endometriosis were collected and sorted out.The application rules of those prescriptions were analyzed by frequency statistics,association rules,entropy hierarchical clustering,prescription rules,etc.,and the data mining was explained by combining the diagnosis and treatment ideas of Professor Zhang Hong.Results A total of 134 effective prescriptions and 137 traditional Chinese medicines were recorded,and the analysis showed that Professor Zhang Hong’s 13 commonly used drugs for endometriosis included inner membrane of chicken gizzard,largehead atractylodes rhizome,nutgrass galingale rhizome and cassia twig,etc.,which were mainly used to invigorate the spleen,eliminate masses,and warmly dredge channels to promote qi circulation.According to the analysis results,the drug natures were mainly warm and mild,and the tastes were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet,and they mainly acted on the liver,spleen,heart and kidney.A total of 10 core combinations and 5 new prescriptions were obtained.Conclusion Professor Zhang Hong believes that the pathogenesis of endometriosis is mainly characterized by the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,cold congelation and blood stasis,intermingled deficiency and excess.Its treatment should focus on warmly dredging channels for clearing turbidity,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and strengthening the spleen and kidney.Attention should also be given to eliminating pathogenic factors and reinforcing positive factors simultaneously to harmonize qi and blood and cure the disease.
