摘  要:银屑病是一种免疫介导多种基因影响的遗传性、炎症性皮肤病,该疾病有复杂的发病机制,目前对其发病机制尚不明确。近年来,非编码RNA(Non-coding RNA,ncRNA)以及竞争性内源RNA(Competing endogenous RNA,ce RNA)调控网络在多种研究中被发现参与各种疾病相关基因的转录和调控,随着科学技术的不断发展,非编码RNA作用的面纱被逐渐揭开,且表现出了巨大的研究价值及临床应用前景。本文综述了nc RNA及ce RNA调控网络的研究现状,以及它们与银屑病的发病机制的关联,为推进对银屑病发病机制、致病基因的研究尽绵薄之力。Psoriasis is an immuno-mediated multigene hereditary and inflammatory skin disease,the pathogenesis of which is more complex,the exact mechanism is not clear. In recent years,non-coding RNA,and competitive endogenous RNA regulatory networks have gradually become a hot research topic at home and abroad,have been found to participate in a variety of diseaserelated genes transcription and post-transcription regulation,showing great research value and clinical application prospects. In this paper,the research progress of ncRNA and ceRNA regulatory networks and their relationship with the pathogenesis of psoriasis were reviewed,which provides new research ideas for psoriasis ethology and gene-related research.
