摘 要:电源适配器是由外壳内部封装电路板组成的电源转换设备,其作用是将市电转化为整机产品所需的供电电压,常用于笔记本电脑、路由器及各类中小型家电产品领域。品质优良的电源适配器除了电气安全性之外,电磁兼容性能也是衡量电源适配器可靠性的重要指标,国外以及国内也针对电源适配器的电磁兼容制定了专项测试管控标准,同时电磁兼容也是电源适配器设计的关键难点。本文从电路设计角度介绍几个电源适配器在电磁干扰设计以及优化整改方面的实用技巧,希望能给相关领域的设计人员提供帮助。Power adapter is a power conversion equipment composed of circuit boards encapsulated inside the shell.Its function is to convert the mains electricity into the power supply voltage required by the whole machine.It is often used in the fields of notebook computers,routers and various small and medium-sized household appliances.In addition to electrical safety,electromagnetic compatibility performance is also an important indicator to measure the reliability of power adapters.At home and abroad,special test and control standards have been formulated for electromagnetic compatibility of power adapters.At the same time,electromagnetic compatibility is also a key difficulty in the design of power adapters.This paper introduces the practical techniques of several power adapters in electromagnetic interference design and optimization from the Angle of circuit design,hoping to provide help to designers in related fields.
