阿奇霉素联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨分析阿奇霉素联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓在非淋菌性宫颈炎治疗中的应用研究。方法 于2015年1月至2020年12月,选择在我院接受治疗的非淋菌性宫颈炎患者400例作为本次研究的入组成员,通过随机抽签的方式将其进行了分组处理,将其分为对照组(n=200)和观察组(n=200),对照组通过阿奇霉素进行治疗,观察组则是通过阿奇霉素联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓进行治疗,对比两组患者的炎性因子水平、治疗效果、不良反应率以及临床指标。结果 两组患者治疗前的炎性因子水平没有差异(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组患者的炎性因子水平明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组阴道排液以及宫颈修复所用时间均短于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患者在接受治疗前各项生活质量评分均无差异(P> 0.05),治疗后观察组生活质量各项指标评分均高于对照组(P <0.05);CT、UU以及CT+UU感染转阴率均高于对照组(P <0.05)。而两组出现的不良反应率无显著性差异(P> 0.05)。结论 非淋菌性宫颈炎患者使用阿奇霉素联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓能够取得较为理想的治疗效果。Objective To explore and analyze the application of Azithromycin combined with compound metronidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of non gonococcal cervicitis. Methods From January 2015 to December 2020, 400 patients with non gonococcal cervicitis treated in our hospital were selected as members of the study. They were divided into control group(n=200) and observation group(n=200) by random lot. The control group was treated with azithromycin, the observation group was treated with azithromycin combined with compound metronidazole vaginal suppository. The levels of inflammatory factors, therapeutic effects, adverse reaction rates and clinical indexes were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in the level of inflammatory factors and adverse reactions between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment, the level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the time of vaginal drainage and cervical repair in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in the scores of quality of life between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of various indicators of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). CT, UU and CT+UU infection the negative conversion rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin combined with compound metronidazole vaginal suppository is effective in the treatment of patients with non gonococcal cervicitis.
