人文关怀护理模式对胃镜治疗患者舒适度及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨人文关怀护理模式对胃镜治疗患者舒适度及满意度的影响。方法 选取我院2021年1~6月行胃镜治疗的患者567例,根据入院顺序分为常规组(n=284)和研究组(n=283)。常规组进行常规护理干预,研究组在常规组基础上实施人文关怀护理模式。比较两组生理应激反应、焦虑抑郁情绪、舒适度、不良反应发生情况、护理满意度。结果 干预后心率、平均动脉压、呼吸频率组间比较,研究组均低于常规组(P <0.05);干预后与常规组比较,研究组SAS、SDS评分较低(P <0.05);研究组舒适度为95.05%,高于常规组的82.04%(P <0.05);护理总满意度为90.81%,高于常规组的81.34%(P <0.05);研究组恶心呕吐、头晕乏力、呛咳、腹胀发生率均低于常规组(P <0.05)。结论 人文关怀护理模式可改善用胃镜治疗患者负性情绪,降低不良反应发生率,减轻生理应激反应,提升患者舒适度及满意度。Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care nursing mode on comfort and satisfaction of patients undergoing gastroscopy.Methods A total of 567 patients treated by gastroscopy in our hospital from January 2021 to June 2021 were selected and divided into conventional group(n=284) and study group(n=283) according to the order of admission. The conventional group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group implemented humanistic care nursing model on the basis of routine group. The physiological stress response, anxiety and depression,comfort, adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The heart rate, mean arterial pressure and respiratory rate of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group after intervention(P<0.05). After intervention, SAS and SDS scores in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). The comfort level of the study group was 95.05%, which was higher than that of the routine group(82.04%)(P<0.05). and the total satisfaction of nursing was 90.81%, which was higher than that of the conventional group(81.34%)(P<0.05). The incidence of nausea and vomiting, dizziness and fatigue, cough and abdominal distension in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care nursing model can improve the negative emotions of patients treated with gastroscopy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, reduce physiological stress reaction, and improve the comfort and satisfaction of patients.
