研究双源CT血管成像在心脏冠状动脉瘤样扩张诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探究心脏冠状动脉瘤样扩张(CEA)诊断中予以双源CT血管成像的价值。方法 选取我院收治的25例经冠状动脉造影检测确诊为心脏冠状动脉瘤样扩张患者,并对其双源CT血管成像回顾性分析CAE扩张范围、病变部位、扩张程度。结果 25例患者中,有12例为局限性CAE,其中梭形6例、球形6例,13例患者为弥漫性CEA,最大直径约为0.68 cm,病变部位分布在单支冠状动脉18例,RCA发生7例;同时发生LAD、RCA1例。结论 双源CT血管成像作为可重复性强、直观、简单且无创的检测技术,凭借着强大的技术支持,可清楚显示CAE发生部位、冠状动脉邻近分支病变情况、扩张情况、大小形态等,可部分代替CAG检查,对CAE的诊断、鉴别诊断方面具有重要临床价值。[Abstrack] Objective To explore the value of dual-source CT angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac coronary aneurysm-like dilatation. Methods Twenty-five patients with cardiac coronary artery aneurysm-like dilation diagnosed by coronary angiography were selected in our hospital by dual-source CT angiography CAE dilation range, lesion location and dilation degree. Results Of the 25 patients, 12 were localized CAE, of which 6 were fusiform,6 were spherical,13 were diffuse CEA, the maximum diameter was about 0.68 cm, the lesion site was distributed in 18 patients with single coronary artery,7 RCA occurred, and LAD, RCA1 cases occurred simultaneously. Conclusion Dual-source CT vascular imaging, as a reproducible, intuitive, simple and non-invasive detection technique, with strong technical support, can clearly show the location of CAE occurrence, coronary adjacent branch lesions, dilatation, size and shape, and can partially replace CAG examination, which has important clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of CAE.
