摘 要:目的 探究生化检验中血液标本采集对检验结果的影响分析情况。方法 选择2018年9月至2019年12月来本院内接受健康体检的600份血液样本为研究对象。开展血液生化检查,探究不同的送检时间、溶血样本、采血时机针对于最终检验结果所造成的影响。结果 从具体的变化率而言,60 min后送检的样本均值与合格送检均值差异化显著(P <0.05)。与正常样本比较,溶血样本的各项均值明显更高,P <0.05。相较于其他时间段所抽取的静脉血液来讲,清晨空腹做抽取的血液样本生化检验结果精准性明显更高,P <0.05。但采集血液还受以下因素影响,需特别注意:受试者不宜空腹时间过长;不要在饮酒后抽血;对于接受输液治疗的受试者,血液收集时间最好在利用抗生素之前完成,或者在输液完毕之后1~2 h进行。结论 为确保血液生化检验结果的精准性,减少血液样本收集过程中存在的不良因素,必须强化院内医务人员专业操作培训力度,定期开展采血技术培训和练习,提升工作人员职业素养;全面杜绝因人为因素所致的血液样本收集失败和结果失真现象,确保送检血液样本均合格。Objective To investigate the influence of blood sample collection on the results of biochemical tests. Methods From September 2018 to December 2019, 600 blood samples were selected as the subjects of the study. Conduct blood biochemical tests to explore the influence of different test times, hemolysis samples, and blood collection times on the final test results. Results In terms of the specific rate of change, the sample mean sent after 60 minutes was significantly different from the mean of qualified samples(P<0.05). As for the comparison results between normal samples and hemolysis samples, the mean values of hemolysis samples were significantly higher than that of normal samples, P<0.05. Compared with venous blood taken at other time periods, the accuracy of biochemical test results of blood samples taken on an empty stomach in the morning was significantly higher,P<0.05. However, blood collection is also affected by the following factors, which need special attention: subjects should not have an empty stomach for too long;don’t draw blood after drinking;for subjects receiving infusion therapy, the blood collection time should be completed before antibiotics or 1-2 hour after infusion. Conclusion In order to fundamentally ensure the accuracy of blood biochemical test results, reduce the existence of adverse factors in the process of blood sample collection. It is necessary to strengthen the professional operation training for the hospital medical staff, carry out regular training and practice of blood collection technology, and improve the professional quality of the staff. The failure of blood sample collection and distortion of results caused by human factors are completely eliminated to ensure that the samples submitted for examination.
