耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴干预痰瘀互结型高血压患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探析对痰瘀互结型高血压患者应用耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴方案治疗的干预效果。方法 纳入2020年1月至2021年9月收治并中医辨证确诊为痰瘀互结型高血压患者100例,以硬币法将其分为对照组、观察组,各组50例。对照组接受常规高血压控制(药物+生活)干预,观察组同时给予耳穴贴压联合穴位敷贴控制干预。对两种治疗方案下高血压患者临床疗效、血压指标控制、中医证候积分、生活质量改善作记录并比较。结果 观察组患者血压治疗总有效率、收缩压水平、舒张压水平、高血压中医证候积分、生活质量评价量表(SF-36)各项目评价分数均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对中医辨证痰瘀互结型在常规对症处理方法基础上同时给予耳穴贴压、穴位敷贴干预,能更好的控制血压指标在合理范围内,提高生活质量,最大程度降低高血压相关症状对患者健康和生活的影响。Objective To explore the intervention effect of auricular point sticking combined with acupoint application in the treatment of patients with phlegm-stasis interjunction hypertension. Methods From January 2020 to September 2021, 100 patients with hypertension diagnosed by TCM syndrome differentiation as phlegm-stasis interjunction type were included in this study. In numerical order, they were divided into control group and observation group by coin method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine hypertension control intervention(drugs + life), while the observation group was given auricular point sticking combined with acupoint application control intervention. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure index control, TCM syndrome score and quality of life improvement of hypertension patients under the two treatment plans were recorded and compared.Results The total effective rate of blood pressure treatment, the level of systolic blood pressure, the level of diastolic blood pressure, the score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of hypertension, and the evaluation scores of each item of quality of life evaluation scale(SF-36) in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The intervention of auricular point sticking and acupoint application on the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation with mutual junction of phlegm and stasis can better control blood pressure indicators within a reasonable range, improve the quality of life, and minimize the impact of hypertension related symptoms on the health and life of patients.
