责任制护理对脑血栓患者临床效果及生活能力的影响分析

摘　　要：目的 分析责任制护理对脑血栓患者临床效果及生活能力的影响分析。方法 选择2018年7月至2020年7月本院收治110例脑血栓患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,对照组55例实施常规护理,研究组55例实施责任制护理,对比两组临床效果及生活能力。结果 护理后,研究组患者言语功能和肢体功能评分、生活能力评分、总满意度均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 将责任制护理应用于脑血栓患者中,可改善患者言语及肢体功能,能提高其日常生活能力及满意度。Objective To analyze the impact of responsible nursing on the clinical effect and living ability of patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods Select 110 patients with cerebral thrombosis from July 2018 to July 2020 in this hospital, and divide them into two groups according to the random number table. The control group 55 cases of routine nursing, the study group 55 cases of responsible nursing, clinical effect and living ability of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the speech function and limb function scores, living ability scores and total satisfaction of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying responsible nursing care to patients with cerebral thrombosis can improve the speech and limb function of patients, and can improve their daily life ability and satisfaction.
