老年肾功能衰竭患者行血液透析治疗的护理要点研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年肾功能衰竭患者接受血液透析全面护理干预的临床价值。方法 以2017年1月至2019年8月我院收治的100例老年肾功能衰竭患者为例,按1∶1比例随机纳入两组,甲组(n=50)接受常规血液透析护理,包括入院介绍、病房基础护理、肾功能监测以及对症处理并发症等,乙组(n=50)实施血液透析全面护理,测定两组护理前后的肾功能水平,同时自制老年肾功能衰竭患者疾病管理能力调查问卷,从疾病了解水平、血液透析依从性等方面评估。以SSPS21.0软件处理本研究数据。结果两组护理前尿素氮、肌酐指标测定值比较差异较小,P> 0.05,无统计学意义;护理后,乙组的尿素氮、肌酐指标测定值较甲组降低均更显著,P <0.05,有统计学意义。乙组疾病了解水平、血液透析依从性较甲组得分均更高,P <0.05,有统计学意义。结论 对老年肾功能衰竭患者实施血液透析全面护理,能够更好地提高患者的依从性和改善患者的肾功能。Objective To study the clinical value of comprehensive nursing intervention of hemodialysis in elderly patients with renal failure.Methods Taking 100 elderly patients with renal failure treated in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2019 as an example, they were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1∶1. Group A(n=50) received routine hemodialysis nursing, including admission introduction,ward basic nursing, renal function monitoring and symptomatic treatment of complications. Group B(n=50) implemented comprehensive hemodialysis nursing, measured the renal function level of the two groups at baseline and after nursing, and made a self-made questionnaire on the disease management ability of elderly patients with renal failure to evaluate the disease understanding level and hemodialysis compliance. The data of this study were processed with SSPS21.0 software. Results There was little difference in the measured values of urea nitrogen and creatinine between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05);after nursing, the measured values of urea nitrogen and creatinine in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05). The disease understanding level and hemodialysis compliance of group B were more significant than those of group A(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of hemodialysis comprehensive nursing for elderly patients with renal failure can better improve their compliance and improve their renal function, which is worthy of recommendation.
